Here is the last of my Vincent Comets I have for sale, this is a 1949 Vincent Series C Comet, showing 6990 miles since older restoration

Engine number 5AB/2A/4945

Case numbers 32N

Gearbox number G97L51

The bike has been a regular club and ride bike, nicely preserved not a show queen.

Due to the shortage or 20″ tyres years ago, this is now fitted with a 21″ front wheel, it rides well

It has an additional centre stand as well as the 2 x standard side stands and rear stand

The paint is OK but showing it’s age, chrome and allow all very nice

Rims and spokes are VGC

I have not fitted a new battery yet or checked the lights but will have this all done and working ready for delivery

The bike starts easily and runs nicely, still has correct carby
