This is a nice example of the new meeting the old, it is a 1984 Triumph T140 electric start model
Modified to look more like a 1969 T120 Bonneville
Has the benefit of the 750cc engine, 5 speed gearbox, Electric Start and double disc brakes
But retains the look of the earlier classic looking bikes
