SUZUKI GT550, original full engine rebuild low miles

This is a very original and low mile 9/1972 Suzuki GT550 showing 7403 miles

Frame # GT550-26671 and Engine # GT50-28282

The engine was a bit tight when we received it si we pulled it fully down and replace everything

New crankshaft seals and bearings,

Inspected gearbox and replaced bearings and seals as required that were under spec

Modified the faulty starter clutch with new updated parts and metals

New conrods, pistons, rings, gudgeons, bearings etc ( 1st o/s)

All gaskets, checked and primed oil pump, also mixed small amount of premix in fuel, test ride

New battery, all electrics working correctly

Tank is as new inside, original paint with age marks , sidecovers, paint is excellent may have been re done

Chrom and alloy very good, rims seat etc excellent, will need new tyres

Replaced fuel tap and fitted modern master cylinder, original parts included
