Here is a great project, engine runs nicely, 5/1975  bike with 1974 engine and gearbox

The frame, wheels an all running gear is Electric Start MK 3 850 at some point has had an engine and gearbox change

Engine and gearbox matching # 314311 1974 Mk 2 850

broken fin on r/h side of head

Overall very complete but untidy and missing parts, mufflers, centre stand, sidecover, airbox, ign and key

we hot wired it and ran remote fuel and it fire up easily ran and idled, left carby dripping

Wiring is untidy, ing switch and key missing, but everything correct for Mk3

R/H gearchange, brakes are sticky or stuck, tank is dirty but looks solid
