ust arrived is a very nice 1972 Norton 750 Commando, showing 21,609 miles

Starts, runs and rides very well, engine quiet, no smoke, good oil return

New battery, electrics all working,

Paint is original 1972 “Fireflake Roman Purple” only on 1972 models, Frame # 204535 Feb 1972

Engine and gearbox # 221409 being 1973 model, it would appear that the engine / gearbox unit was changed from the original 1972 bike, not uncommon

Alloy, chrome all very good, fork stanchion’s have chrome which is poor but no damage or leaks

Rims are original and chrome generally very good, some minor rust

Seat, exhaust all very good
