We have for sale this very rare and original 3/1973 Kawasaki Z1 900
showing 20,381 miles
Frame # Z1F-11623
Engine # Z1E-11789
All the component date codes show 3/73, except the rear rim which shows 5/73 which I am advised was a possibility as being fitted in the factory
I have shown pictures of most, if you need a more detailed list of the date coded etc call me
There are some incorrect or missing parts:
Seat has been recovered
Exhaust system is brand new and only just fitted
There is no oiler bottle, not sure if the chain oiler is there
There is no centre stand
There is a dent in the tank, is clean inside
The top fin on the head has been blended in and is shorter than standard, not a major problem to fix
Has a new battery
Has later model carbs
Starts runs and rides nicely
Tyres are old and must be replaced
