Here is a once in a lifetime chance to own a BRAND NEW 1978 Ducati 500GTL it is showing 7 miles, ( pre delivery and pushing )

When we received it we did some careful re commissioning, changed the oil, removed tapet covers and lubricated cams and rockers etc, oiled cylinders
I removed the carbys and dismantled, light clean then reassembled, rubbers still soft
ran on roller starter till oil showed in the top end, hooked up remote fuel and battery and it fired up Ok,
Started on Electric starter, ran for a couple of minutes low revs only. checked gears and brakes all good
Small section of chrome has flaked off on headlight rim, see pictures
