BSA A65 Thunderbolt, 1965, very original, engine runs nicely

Here we have a very original 1965 BSA A65 Thunderbolt in untouched condition,  showing 8248 miles

Frame # A5010800,  Engine # A65C2421

The engine starts and runs nicely, idles smoothly, no smoke or rattles, however it does leak oil, so would need a good check over, maybe just wet sumped but hasn’t cleared up

Overall the bike is in excellent original condition, even the enclosed chain case is there, the chrome is pitted

It has new mufflers, also a broken fin on the head

We are selling as a project and priced accordingly, a great opportunity to have a core bike for restoration
