These bikes are getting harder find, this one is a near completed restoration, matching numbers #4950236 showing 33,274 miles
It is a 1974 BMW R90S in the classic Silver Smoke factory colour scheme
Most of the work is done, frame repainted, paintwork excellent except fairing is not correct, original BMW fairing with some repairs, just painted wrong
Starts and runs OK< engine quiet and smoke free
This that need to be finished, rusty front spokes leave or replace, brakes need servicing, , repaint fairing, tacho cable rubber, speedo drive in gearbox
Carby’s need attention, rims good, need clean then new tyres, front brakes need service
Electrics overall are working,
New mufflers, new Boyer ignition, battery, air intake tubes, choke lever unit, most rubbers, throttle and choke cables
Overall not much to do, all parts readily available
