BMW R90S 1974, period upgrades, first model SOLD

here is a first model 1974 BMW R90S, this was the for runner to the Daytona Orange and Silver Smoke 1975 models

These retained the kickstarter and /5 switchgear etc

This bike has arrived in from the USA with all import approvals and documents

Mechanically very nice, the bike has been a rider and undergone a few period upgrades over the years.

Lester mag wheels, anyone who has owned one of these should remember how soft the original rims were and easily dinted

Fork brace, over front mudguard as well as stiffer top steering head plate, helped take the twitch out when ridding

Brown ride off centre stand as well as the more usable side stand, a necessity

Dyna electronic ignition and dual plug heads

Stainless Steel header pipes and mufflers

Engine protection bars, luggage rack

Koni rear shocks

Has a new seat and battery

Still has the original tool tray, owners handbook and the BMW hand towel

Tyres are OK, the bike has been a regular ridden bike, hence the upgrades, used look etc
