This is rare 1966 French built Velosolex S3800 model, frame # 8020622
It is not currently running, has good compression and spark, has new fuel lift diaphragm.
Physically unable to start it, but should run OK
Very original, paint chrome etc all good, the tin cap on top has a small dent, easy to repair
