Here is a local NSW bike, 1939 BSA M22, 500 single

Older restoration and sat for a few years, we re commissioned it, fitted an electronic ignition incl coil and ign key

New battery,

Starts, runs and rides well, rims excellent, spokes a bit rusty

Paint very nice, tank OK  and solid, slight pitting inside, we flushed it and acid cleaned and all good

Has nice period leather panniers
