BMW R69S, Rare, barn find great project SOLD

Here is a great project, a 1963 BMW R69S, rare BMW super bike, barn find

matching numbers 657538, showing 67,590 miles

The bike is missing a few parts which I have included loose.

I removed a cylinder head and checked the internals, standard 72mm bore in good condition, crank turns, rods feel good, no pistons

The rocker gear is all good, no push rods, cam was removed and supplied loose along with Dynamo, magneto etc etc from the timing cover

I have also included some timing gears, maybe there but cannot check without dismantling further

Flywheel and clutch etc was removed, parts included loose

Gearbox, kicks over OK and all gears engage

Wheels, rims all look good and genuine

Tank is good inside, it has rusted where the rubber knee pads were, there is a small hole at that point, solid large tank that is repairable

Correct 26mm carbs
